Managing your Wallbox charger’s scheduled charging sessions has never been easier. With the Wallbox app, you can create, delete, and modify charging schedules conveniently. Whether near your charger or miles away, this guide will show you how to take complete control of your scheduled charging sessions.
1. Add a schedule
Adding a scheduled charging session is a breeze with the Wallbox app. Here’s how:
Step 1: Connect your app to your charger
- Before you begin, ensure your Wallbox charger and Wallbox app run the latest versions.
- Open the Wallbox app and log in using your credentials. You can easily register within the app if you don’t have an account yet.
- Select your charger and ensure your smartphone remains within Bluetooth range throughout the configuration process. If your charger isn’t linked to your Wallbox account, follow these instructions.
- If it’s the first time you’re connecting your charger to the Wallbox app, establish a Bluetooth connection. If you’ve already done this, wait until the Bluetooth or the Cloud connection is established.
Step 2: Add your schedule
- Tap the “Add schedules” option.
- Specify the start and end times and set the days of the scheduled charging session. Once done, tap “Add schedule” to confirm.
Your schedule is now in place and will be displayed on your charger’s control screen. You’ll also receive a notification on your smartphone 10 minutes before the scheduled charge begins if your charger is locked or your EV is not plugged in, so you do not forget it!
2. Delete a schedule
- Navigate to Schedules: Tap your scheduled charging sessions.
- Select the Schedule: Choose the scheduled charge you want to delete.
- Confirm Deletion: At the bottom of the screen, tap “Delete”.
Your schedule is now deleted.
3. Modify a schedule
- Navigate to Schedules: Tap your scheduled charging sessions.
- Select the Schedule: Choose the scheduled charge you wish to modify.
- Make Changes: You can directly manage the date and time of your scheduled charge.
- Save Changes: After modifying, tap “Save” to confirm the changes.
Your schedule is now updated.
