As soon as your charger is installed and powered on (the LED halo displays a steady green light), you can start using your Wallbox charger.

Just attach the EV gun to your vehicle’s charge port and your charger will automatically initiate the charging process.

If you want to enjoy fully all the smart features of your charger, we recommend you to follow the set-up process detailed in our guide.

If you are using the Wallbox app and have already either locked your charger or have a charging session scheduled, the charging process will not start until you use the Wallbox app to unlock your charger or until the scheduled charging time.
