How to reset or change your myWallbox account’s password with the app?

Following the steps below, you can generate a new password if you have forgotten it or change the current one while logged in.

If you want to change or reset your password using the portal, follow the steps in this article.

Remember that your account credentials remain the same for the myWallbox app and portal.

Reset your forgotten password

If you forgot your current password and need to reinitialise it to log in, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the myWallbox app.
  2. Tap “Continue with email“.
  3. Tap “Forgot your password?”.
  4. Enter the email linked to your account and tap Restore password.
  5. If the email address you entered matches an existing account, a password recovery email will be sent to this email address. 
  6. Go to your emails and tap the recovery link.
  7. Enter a new password and validate.

You can now log in using the new password you defined.

Change your password while logged in

If you know your current password and need to modify it, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the myWallbox app.
  2. Tap “Profile“.
  3. Tap “Change password”.
  4. Enter your current password, and define the new one.
  5. Tap “Change” to validate.

You can now log in using the new password you defined.
