How to delete a charger through the portal?

You can unlink your charger(s) anytime through the myWallbox app or the portal.

You need Admin or Super-Admin permissions to unlink a charger.

  1. Log in to your account on the myWallbox portal.
  2. Go to Chargers.
  3. Click the options icon next to the charger you want to unlink.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. In the validation modal displayed, click Delete to confirm your action.

Your charger is now unlinked.
