How to delete your charger from your account with the myWallbox app?

You can delete your charger(s) from your account anytime through the myWallbox app or the portal.

You must be Admin or Super-Admin to delete a charger.

  1. Log in to the myWallbox app.
  2. Tap the charger you want to unlink.
  3. Tap the Settings icon.
  4. Go to Installation options.
  5. Tap UNLINK CHARGER at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Tap ACCEPT.

Your charger is now unlinked.
