The Automated report lets you receive a monthly overview of your user’s charging sessions.

The reports will be received by email as a .csv file. It is sent around UTC Midnight on the last day of each month. This report includes statistics for all days of the closing month.

1. Log in to your myWallbox account on the portal.
2. Click Sessions in the left menu.
3. On the top right corner, click Reporting.
4. Enable the “sessions reporting” button and click “Save preferences“.

You will now start receiving a monthly report through email.
