How to configure a personal PIN to access a charger (Commander/Commander 2)?

Users can use a PIN (Personal Identification Number) to authenticate to their assigned charger(s). This PIN will remain unique for each user. To use this functionality, each user needs to set up a four-digit PIN in their user settings of the myWallbox portal or myWallbox app.

This functionality is only compatible with Commander and Commander 2.

From the Portal

  1. Log in to your Wallbox account on the portal.
  2. Click “Settings”.
  3. Scroll until the Commander PIN section.
  4. Click the pen icon to edit the PIN’s four digits and click “Save changes”.
  5. Your identification PIN is now configured.

From the app

  1. Log in to your Wallbox account on the app.
  2. Click the profile icon > Personal info.
  3. Scroll down until Commander PIN.
  4. Enter a four digits PIN and click “Save”.
  5. Your identification PIN is now configured.
