To ensure secure access to their assigned Commander/Commander 2 charger(s), users can configure a unique four-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number). To use this feature, each user needs to set up their PIN in the myWallbox app settings. Follow the steps below to create your PIN:

NOTE: This functionality is only compatible with Commander and Commander 2.

1. Log in to your myWallbox account on the app.
2. Tap the profile icon > Personal info.
3. Scroll down until Commander PIN.
4. Enter a four-digit PIN and tap “Save”.
5. Your identification PIN is now configured.
