Where to find the SN and UID of your charger

Each Wallbox has a unique Serial Number (SN) and User ID (UID) that are associated with the charger. They are both unique to the charger, but the SN identifies the charger, and the UID acts like a password.

Each Wallbox has a unique Serial Number (SN) and User ID (UID) that are associated with the charger. They are both unique to the charger, but the SN identifies the charger, and the UID acts like a password.

These are useful bits of information to know in order to:

  • Link your myWallbox profile to your charger
  • Use the Wallbox app and/or the myWallbox portal, etc.

All our chargers allow this functionality as a part of the full management of the charging experience we want to provide to our end users.

Locating the SN and the UID on the box

When you have the box that the charger came in, on the outside of the box there is a sticker with SN and UID located on it. Have a look here first:

If you no longer have the box the charger came in, then you can look at the charger itself.

If you own a Pulsar, Pulsar Plus, or a Commander, the same sticker can be found on the bottom left hand side of the charger.

If you own a Copper C, Copper S, or Copper SB, then the SN can be found laser etched on the bottom of the charger.
