This new release brings enhancements to the myWallbox portal and myWallbox app.
Below, you can see the latest software versions of all chargers and the myWallbox app (iOS and Android).
To ensure proper functionality, please keep them always updated.
myWallbox Portal
- For Superadmins. In Payments > Orders we added a new column to the table: Rate Type. For each order, you can see what type of rate was applied.
- You can now contact our Support team or visit Wallbox Academy by clicking the question mark icon on the top right. We moved this from the side menu, so that you can access them easily from any section you’re in.
- To change the Wallbox space in which you’re working, click the space’s name on the top right and select another space—before, this option was in the side menu.
myWallbox App
- The Help & Support section now has a dedicated number for Ireland. Give us a call!
- We polished the app notification icon, and also fixed a few bugs.
