This new release brings enhancements to the myWallbox portal and myWallbox app.
Below, you can see the latest software versions of all chargers and the myWallbox app (iOS and Android).
To ensure proper functionality, please keep them always updated.
myWallbox Portal
- For Admins and Superadmins. Configuring your payments info in the Payments section is now easier and faster. If you already have a Stripe account, just log in by clicking Connect with Stripe. If you don’t have a Stripe account, all you need to do is complete your billing and bank information in Stripe Express Account.
- Click your avatar (or initials if you don’t have an avatar) on the top right to view and manage your personal information easily. In the new Charger Access section you can manage the information needed to enable your charger: Face ID, PIN number, and RFID number.
myWallbox App
- Iberdrola’s bespoke myWallbox app is now available to download and use, complete with all updates and features..
- We adjusted the main navigation bar, to make it clearer where you are within the app, and easier to move from one screen to the next and back.
