How to create a myWallbox account and login from the portal?

To start using the myWallbox Portal, you must register for an account. If you have already created an account using the myWallbox app, use the same username and password when entering the Portal. Otherwise, follow the steps below to create a new account:

Registering for an account using Social methods (Google or Apple account)

  1. Once on the portal login page, click “Continue with Apple” or “Continue with Google”.
  2. In the login pop-up, enter your account credentials to log into your account.
  3. Read and accept the Data Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions.

Your account has been successfully created!

Registering for an account using an email address

  1. Once on the portal login page, click “Start here“.
  2. Fill in your information and choose a password. Click “Continue”.
  3. Choose your Country.
  4. Read and accept the Data Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions. Click “Create account”.
  5. You will receive an email to confirm your email address. Please check your spam folder if you do not have the mail in your inbox.
  6. Click the Confirm button in the email you received to start using your account.

Your account has been successfully created!

Once your account is created, you will belong to an Organization where you are the Super-Admin.
