I am unable to verify my email linked to the myWallbox account.

You just created a new myWallbox account but can’t verify your email? Here are some reasons why you may have an issue verifying your email:

  1. The verification email is sent instantly once the account is created. But if you can’t find it, search all your inboxes for an email from [email protected] and subject: new mywallbox account.
  2. Still can’t find it? Did you use the correct email address? If you didn’t, you wouldn’t find this email. Try to create a new account again, using the correct email address, as this would resolve the problem.
