How to add multiple chargers remotely through myWallbox portal

Adding more than one charger remotely through myWallbox portal

1. Introduction

Wallbox always wants to provide its customers the best products, services and user experience. A very important part of this user experience is the myWallbox portal.

The mywallbox portal enables you to have full control of your charging experience, collecting charger session information, statistics, consumption, users, etc. You can also manage the energy consumption and cost savings related to electric vehicle adoption.

The subscription of Wallbox Business plan enables you to add more than one charger remotely and simultaneously. This enables you to update your chargers from any location without being physically present at the charger’s location.

2.  Requirements and Information for adding more than one charger remotely

If you are the super-administrator or the administrator of the group, you can add more than one charger remotely

To perform this action, ensure that the following requirements are met:

  • Subscription to Wallbox Business plan.

3.  Massive Remote Adding of Chargers

  1. Log on to the mywallbox portal: https://my.wallbox.com/
  2. Access the Chargers page.
  1. Click Add Chargers.

The Add Charger dialog box appears.

  1. In the SERIAL NUMBER, UID, COUNTRY and STATE fields type or select the relevant information.
  1. To add more chargers, click the ¨+¨ sign.
  1. In the SERIAL NUMBER, UID, COUNTRY and STATE fields type or select the relevant information.
  1. Repeat steps 5 and 6 above for as many chargers you want to add.
  1. Click ACCEPT.

Multiple chargers are now added to the selected group.
