How to manage the Auto-lock of your charger?

The Auto-lock feature secures your charger with a user-defined timer in the app or Portal. It automatically locks the charger after this defined time, even if a charging session is in progress, protecting against unauthorized use without interrupting the session.

It also locks automatically at the session’s end, requiring user authentication for access.

The Auto-lock feature is enabled by default.
