How to add your charger to your account by scanning its QR code with the myWallbox app?

You can quickly and easily add a charger to your account by scanning the QR code on its left side.
Once scanned, all the fields required to add your charger in the app are filled in automatically (Serial Number, UID, Country and State/Region) instead of filling them in manually.

  1. Open the myWallbox app.
  2. Log in to the app by filling in your credentials, or register if you do not have an account yet.
  3. If it’s your first time adding a charger to your account, click Add charger.
  4. Scan the charger’s QR code. If there is an issue with the QR code or your smartphone’s camera, you can fill in the fields manually by clicking the Add manually button.
  5. Ensure the Serial Number, UID, Country, and state or region are all correct and click CONFIRM

The charger has been added to your account and appears in your chargers list.

Can anyone scan and add the same charger’s QR to their account?
A charger can only be added once. So no one else will be able to add it to their account.
Can I unlink a charger once added to my account?
Absolutely! Follow the steps in this article to unlink your charger from your account.
