How to unlink a charger through the portal

You can unlink your charger(s) at any time through the myWallbox app or the portal.

You need Admin or Super-Admin permissions to unlink a charger.

  1. Log-in to your account on the myWallbox portal.
  2. Go to Chargers.
  3. Click the bin icon next to the charger you want to unlink.
  4. In the validation modal that displayed, click Delete to confirm your action.

Your charger is now unlinked.
