This new release brings enhancements to the myWallbox portal and myWallbox app.

Below, you can see the latest software versions of all chargers and the myWallbox app (iOS and Android). 

To ensure proper functionality, please keep them always updated.

myWallbox Portal

• To ensure data security, the RFID number in Account Settings > Account > Charger Access is now only visible for admins and superadmins.
• You can now reach out to our Customer Service team in Ireland. In Contact support, select Ireland in Country and complete the rest of the form with your request, or call us at the dedicated phone number.
• Take a look at the carbon dioxide emissions that you’re saving! In your dashboard, you can now see how much CO₂ (in kg) you’ve saved by charging your vehicle, as opposed to loading fuel.

myWallbox App

• We fixed some minor bugs.

App
