How to display users’ payments in the Portal?

You can visualise your users’ payments (made with Pay per Month or Pay per Charge), their corresponding charging sessions on the myWallbox Portal. Follow the steps below to access your users’ payments:

  1. Log in to the myWallbox Portal.
  2. Go to Sessions in the left menu.
  3. All your users’ sessions display here. Filter them by Pay per Month or Pay per Charge to see the paid sessions.

You can also export these data or enable automated reporting from there.
