This new release brings enhancements to the Wallbox portal and Wallbox app.
Below, you can see the latest software versions of all chargers and the Wallbox app (iOS and Android).
To ensure proper functionality, please keep them always updated.
Wallbox portal
- The onboarding experience for new users is now more immersive. When you log in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to select what type of user you are. According to this, Wallbox will suggest and explain features and views that suit your needs best.
- For Superadmins. All Wallbox fees from Pay per month and Pay per charge plans are now grouped in a single monthly invoice. Instead of being billed immediately and separately per user, you’ll be billed the first day of each month for all the previous month’s Wallbox fees.
- Take a look at the carbon dioxide emissions that you’re saving! In your dashboard, you can now see how much CO2 (in kg) you’ve saved by charging your vehicle, as opposed to loading fuel.
- We now support payment for charging sessions in Hong Kong. This means that values are calculated in Hong Kong dollars (HK$) and include local taxes.
