The charging speed can be affected by several factors:
- If another person uses the second connector of the Supernova, the charging speed may be affected,
- If someone else uses a charger near the Supernova, the charging speed may be affected,
- Your car battery level was low and your vehicle needs more time to fully charge,
- The battery temperature is too high and the charging speed slows down to regulate it,
- There is an anomaly with your vehicle.
If the Supernova seems faulty, we advise to contact the support of its operator directly.
If the EV gun is stuck and you cannot disconnect it from your vehicle and reconnect it to the Supernova, go through these troubleshooting steps:
- Stop the charging session via the operator’s app. If the app is buggy, try closing/opening the app. If this does not solve the issue, install/uninstall the app, restart your phone and try again.
- Stop charging via the Supernova screen directly.
- Some vehicles allow you to unlock the EV gun, check your car manual.
- If none of these solutions worked, contact the Supernova operator’s support.
If you plan to charge your vehicle using the Supernova display directly but experience unresponsive or faulty display, you can download the operator’s application and manage your charging session from there.
In the case that the application does not allow you to manage your charge, you can contact Supernova support for assistance.
If you encounter a problem during your charging session with a Supernova, contact the charger operator’s support directly (contact details are indicated either directly on the charger, or in the operator’s application).
