How to change users’ permissions in the portal?

There are two types of user permissions that you can choose from:

  • User: Give the user access to the selected chargers and their statistics.
  • Admin: Can add and assign chargers, change charger settings, manage users, configure user’s RFID and see statistics from all users and chargers. You can change a user role anytime.
  1. Log in to the myWallbox portal as a Super-Admin.
  2. Access the Users page.
  3. Click the user you need to modify the permissions for.
  4. In the Settings panel, define the user type.
  5. Click Save changes.

The user role has been changed.
