How to reset/change your account password through the portal?

You can generate a new password in case you have forgotten the old one: 

  1. Go to the myWallbox portal.
  2. Click Continue with email.
  3. Click Forgot your password?
  4. Enter the email linked to your account and click Restore password.
  5. If the email address you entered matches with an existing account, a password recovery email will be sent to this email address. 
  6. Go to your emails and click the recovery link.
  7. Enter a new password and validate.

You can now log in using the password you entered.
