All information on energy consumption, costs, active sessions, and historical data can be displayed and exported in a .csv report file with filters whenever needed. Filters help analyse the charging statistics of your charger and to get a better understanding of your charging metrics.

1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click Sessions.
3. Select the charging session you want to generate the summary report.
4. Click Export.

A .csv file containing your charging sessions has been downloaded to your computer.

To display the data properly in Microsoft Excel, follow the steps below:

1. Open a new blank Excel sheet.
2. Click Data.
3. Click the From Text/CSV icon.
4. Select the sessions .csv report you just downloaded from the Portal.
5. Click Load.

Your report will now come out ordered in individual cells.

You can also receive monthly automatic summary reports of all charging sessions through email.
