To prevent circuit overload when your charger shares a high-voltage circuit with other appliances, you can adjust your charger’s Power limit (also referred to as charging amperage).
You can easily customize this setting using either the myWallbox app or the Portal. Learn how to adjust your charger’s power limit within the specified electrical installation limits.
Adjusting Power Limit Using the myWallbox App
- Log in to the myWallbox app.
- Select your charger.
- Wait until the app and your charger establish a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection.
- Access the “Power Limit” tab on the charger app screen and adjust the slider to your desired setting.
- Confirm your changes by tapping “Set Limit.”
Your charger’s power limit has now been successfully adjusted.
Modifying Power Limit Using the myWallbox Portal
- Log in to the myWallbox Portal.
- Locate and select your charger under “Chargers” in the left menu.
- Navigate to the “Settings” section.
- Click “Edit” next to “Power Limit.”
- Slide the adjustment to set your desired power limit.
- Save your changes by clicking “Set Limit.”
Your charger’s power limit has now been successfully modified.
