How to Use the Bluetooth PIN for Secure Wallbox Charger Connections

To enhance the security of your Wallbox charger, a Bluetooth PIN is now required to connect new devices. This feature ensures only authorized users can access and control the charger via Bluetooth.

What is the Bluetooth PIN?

When you try to connect a new device to your Wallbox charger via Bluetooth, you will be prompted to enter a PIN. This PIN is a fixed, 6-digit number unique to your charger, automatically assigned and managed through the Wallbox App.

Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Bluetooth PIN

  1. Connect to your Wallbox account
  1. Pairing Your Device
  • Connect to your charger via Bluetooth, and the Wallbox App will ask for a PIN; enter the 6-digit PIN that will display.
  • Once entered correctly, your device will be securely connected to the charger.

The Bluetooth PIN feature is available for the following Wallbox chargers with software version 6.7.1 (or higher):

  • Pulsar Plus
