Pulsar Pro includes a complimentary 2-yr 4G service for use exclusively with your new charger. This means the charger will connect automatically once installed. If your 2-yr period is about to expire, don’t worry! We offer an optional 1-yr connectivity package with a single annual payment.
2. Why is 4G connectivity important
Seamless Charging Experience: Your charger remains ready, when you are. With integrated 4G you get uninterrupted access, even when other networks are out of reach – as long as your location has reliable cellular coverage.
Smart Remote Control: Schedule charging sessions, monitor real-time data, and access insights via the Wallbox app.
Automatic Updates & Security: Your charger will always receive updates and protection. 4G just ensures this happens wherever your charger is, without relying on your local network.
3. How to activate the 1-yr extension
The 1-yr extension can be activated with a single annual payment in this link: https://payments.wallbox.com/products. Keep in mind that the activation process can take from 24hs to 72hs.
4. What happens if I don’t extend the integrated 4G service?
The charger will continue to charge your EV. All smart features can still be used via Bluetooth, even without an internet connection. If you wish to access your smart functionalities remotely and do not wish to extend your 4G service, you can still connect via Wifi, Ethernet (currently only available in socket versions of Pulsar Pro) or using an alternative Mobile Network Operator (To proceed with this option, please contact your trusted installer)
5. How to use an alternative Mobile Network Operator?
Installers can exchange the SIM card and configure the new one by accessing the connectivity settings in the Wallbox App and introducing the necessary details.
