How to Delete Your Wallbox Account

At Wallbox, we value your privacy and want to ensure that account management is as straightforward as possible. If you’ve decided to delete your Wallbox account, please note that only our Customer Service team can perform this action for security and privacy reasons.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    • To request account deletion, please complete the contact form on our Contact Us page.
  2. Provide Necessary Information:
    • To process your request, you will need to provide:
      • The email address associated with your Wallbox account.
      • Verification of your identity (e.g., answering security questions or providing additional information as requested by our team).
  3. Confirmation:
    • Once your request is received, our team will review and confirm the deletion of your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Important Notes

  • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All data associated with your account will be erased per our privacy policy.
  • If you have any active subscriptions or services linked to your account, these will also be cancelled upon account deletion.
