The Wallbox app offers two distinct account types: Personal and Professional Installer.
- Personal Account: Designed for everyday users of Wallbox chargers.
- Professional Installer: This account type is reserved for trained and qualified electricians who install Wallbox chargers. It provides additional functionalities, such as transferring charger ownership after installation.
Steps to Modify Your Account Type
To switch between a Personal and a Professional Installer account, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to the Wallbox App
- Open the Wallbox app on your mobile device.
- Enter your login credentials to access your account.
- Access Your Profile
- Once logged in, navigate to the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap on the profile icon to access your profile settings.
- Select Account Type
- Look for the option labelled “Account Type” in your profile settings.
- Tap on “Account Type” to proceed.
- Choose Your Desired Account Type
- You will be presented with two options: Personal Account and Professional Installer.
- Select the account type you wish to switch to.
- Read the Information
- Carefully read the information provided about the selected account type.
- Ensure you understand the features and responsibilities associated with each type.
- Save Your Changes
- After reviewing the information, save your changes by tapping the “Save” button.
- Your account type will now be updated accordingly.
