How to invite new users to use your charger(s)?

You can share all Wallbox chargers with users of your choice. To share your charger, you must first add them as authorized profiles through the myWallbox portal.

Users management is only available from the myWallbox portal.

To add a user, log in to the myWallbox Portal as a Super-Admin and follow the steps below.

  1. Once logged in, click “Users”.
  2. Click the “Invite users” button in the top right corner.
  3. Enter the new user’s email and, optionally, the user’s RFID card numbers if you have one. Click “Add another user” if you need to add multiple persons simultaneously.
  4. [Bulk import] If you need to invite an important number of users simultaneously, you can download and fill in our CSV template and import it.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Define the user role, and click Continue.
  7. Select the charger assignation method and click Continue.
  8. Assign the charger(s) to your new user and click Continue.
  9. Determine if the user will use free or paid subscription access. Click Continue.
  10. An automatic invitation email has been sent to your new user(s), resuming the information defined before.

Once the new user accepts the invitation received by email, they will be linked to the charger.

You can resend the invitation email if the user did not receive it. Go to Users > Select the user > Click Resend.
