How do I locate the SN or UID of my Pulsar Plus?

The SN (Serial Number) and UID (Unique Identifier) can be found on the product label affixed to the side of your charger.

Once you have successfully registered your charger, you can view your SN and UID via the app. To register your product, follow this guide.

There may be instances where the label has been scratched off, or you cannot read it. If you need help identifying the SN or UID of your charger, please get in touch with Wallbox Customer Service for additional help.
