How to add your charger to your myWallbox account with its QR code?


The QR code on your charger helps link your charger to your myWallbox account faster. By just scanning the QR code located on the charger’s left lateral, all relevant information for this process (Serial Number, UID, Country, and state or region) are automatically introduced. 

  1. Open the myWallbox app.
  2. Log into the myWallbox app by filling in your credentials, or register if you do not have an account yet.
  3. If it’s your first time adding a charger to your account, click ADD CHARGER. If you already added chargers to your account, click the “+” icon.
  4. Scan the QR code placed on the left lateral of your charger. If there is an issue with the QR code, click the ADD MANUALLY option. 
  5. Verify if the Serial Number, UID, Country, and state or region are all correct and click CONFIRM

Your charger now appears in your account.  


Can anyone scan the charger’s QR and add it to their account?
A charger can only be added once, no one else will be able to add it.
Can I unlink my charger?
Follow the steps in this article to unlink your charger from your account.
