You can start using your Pulsar Plus when your charger is installed and powered on (and the LED halo is a steady green).

Attach the EV connector/charging cable to your vehicle’s charge port/input. Connecting your charger will automatically initiate the charging process.

If you are using the myWallbox app and have either locked your charger or have a charging session scheduled, the charging process will not start until you use the myWallbox app to unlock your charger or until the scheduled charging time.

You must delete the scheduled charging session from the myWallbox app to charge your EV. Don’t worry, you can always add it back later!
