What is the warranty and return process?

3-year warranty covers Pulsar Pro, Pulsar Plus and Quasar 2. This warranty covers devices that are used normally. For a complete warranty breakdown please visit: https://wallbox.com/en_us/wallbox-warranty

You have 30 days to return chargers purchased via Wallbox.com, Amazon, Walmart, or Newegg. For chargers purchased from other Wallbox resellers, please consult with those resellers for returns. Wallbox requires a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) label to return a product. This will be provided by the platform you originally ordered from or by the Wallbox Customer Service team. Please always get an RMA for a seamless return process.
