You have 30 days to return chargers purchased via Wallbox.com, Amazon, Walmart, or Newegg. For chargers purchased from other Wallbox resellers, please consult with those resellers for returns. In order to return a product, Wallbox requires a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) label. This will be provided by the platform you originally ordered from or by the Wallbox Customer Service team. Please make sure to always get an RMA for a seamless return process.
