This new release brings enhancements to the Pulsar Plus NA charger, the Wallbox portal, and the Wallbox app.

Below, you can see the latest software versions of the charger and the Wallbox app (iOS and Android). 

To ensure proper functionality, please keep them always updated.

Pulsar Plus NA

  • You can now update your charger’s software even without an internet connection, using the Wallbox app. When there’s a new software version available (after this release), the app will ask you whether you want to download it—if you accept, the app will download the new version to your phone. Next time you connect your charger to your phone via Bluetooth, the app will update your charger.
  • Speak up to manage your charger! The Wallbox voice assistant is available for Amazon Alexa and Google Home. To enable the feature, first link your Wallbox app to either of the assistant apps (Alexa or Home). You can then ask the voice assistant to check your charger’s status, start, pause and resume a charge, set up charging schedules, go over statistics, and contact Wallbox customer support.
  • LED ring brightness adjusted for more efficient consumption in stand-by.

Wallbox portal

  • We’re introducing a whole new way of paying for charging sessions: pay per month. Until now, all users paid each charging session immediately. Now, you can bill your known users monthly, according to rates that you define. This way, occasional users can pay per charge, whereas regular users can pay per month. If you’re interested in this new feature, please contact your sales rep—note that it’s only available for Business plans.

  • You can choose to use the app in Russian. Привет!
  • iOS versions under 11 are no longer supported.
