How to Share and Manage Wallbox Chargers Through the Wallbox App

Sharing your Wallbox products with other users, such as family or colleagues, has always been possible, but this feature was only accessible through the Wallbox Portal. Now, you can share your chargers directly through the Wallbox app. Once invited, users can utilize the products you’ve shared with them to charge their cars and access additional features if allowed through the app.


In this article, you will learn how to invite users, manage which chargers they can access, and how to remove users.

Inviting new users

  1. Log into the Wallbox app.
  2. Tap the three dots icon in the top-right corner on the chargers list screen.
  3. Tap Invite user.
  4. Enter the user’s email address you wish to invite and tap “Continue.”
  5. Select the chargers you want to share and tap “Continue.”
  6. Ensure the email address and products you are about to share are correct, and then tap “Send.”

The invitation has been sent successfully. Your new user needs to follow the instructions in the email they received to start using your Wallbox products.

Managing your user’s chargers access

  1. Log into the Wallbox app.
  2. Tap the three dots icon in the top-right corner on the chargers list screen.
  3. Tap “Manage users.”
  4. Select the user you wish to manage.
  5. You will be able to see the products that this user can access. Tap “Edit” to make any modifications.
  6. Select the chargers you want to allow the user to access, and then tap “Save.”

The list of chargers your user can access is now updated.

Removing all access from a user

  1. Log into the Wallbox app.
  2. Tap the three dots icon in the top-right corner on the chargers list screen.
  3. Tap “Manage users.”
  4. Select the user you wish to remove access from.
  5. Tap the bin icon next to the user name, then tap “Remove” to confirm.

The user’s accesses have been succesfully removeed.
