Veelgestelde vragen (FAQ&#8217;s)<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Om de beveiliging te verbeteren, zijn Wallbox-laders uitgerust met een Bluetooth-PIN (persoonlijk identificatienummer). Deze functie voegt een verificatielaag toe om uw lader te beschermen door ervoor te zorgen dat alleen goedgekeurde apparaten er via Bluetooth verbinding mee kunnen maken. <\/p>\n\n<p>Afhankelijk van de software en het model van je lader kan deze PIN een verplichte beveiliging zijn of een optionele functie.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-is-the-bluetooth-pin-activated-by-default\">1. <strong>Is de Bluetooth-PIN standaard geactiveerd?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Dit hangt af van het model lader en de softwareversie:<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-pin-activated-by-default\"><strong>PIN standaard geactiveerd<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Voor laders met <strong>softwareversie 6.11 of hoger<\/strong> is de Bluetooth-PIN standaard actief en <strong>vereist<\/strong> om verbinding te maken met uw lader.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dit geldt voor alle <strong>Pulsar Max<\/strong> en <strong>Pulsar Pro<\/strong> laders die na 1 augustus 2025 zijn geproduceerd.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-optional-pin\"><strong>Optionele PIN<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Voor andere opladers is de Bluetooth PIN een <strong>optionele<\/strong> verbeterde beveiligingsfunctie. Als u deze functie wilt gebruiken, moet u: <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-update-your-charger-to-software-version-6-7-17-or-higher\">Update je oplader naar <strong>softwareversie 6.7.17 of hoger<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-ensure-your-wallbox-app-is-updated-to-the-latest-version\">Zorg ervoor dat je Wallbox app is bijgewerkt naar de nieuwste versie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-understanding-and-using-the-bluetooth-pin\">2. <strong>De Bluetooth-PIN begrijpen en gebruiken<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Of de pincode nu verplicht of optioneel is voor uw lader, het werkt op dezelfde manier.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-how-the-pin-works\"><strong>Hoe de PIN werkt<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Aan alle opladers met deze functionaliteit wordt een vaste, 6-cijferige numerieke PIN toegewezen. Deze PIN wordt automatisch ingesteld door de Wallbox App. <\/p>\n\n<p>U wordt gevraagd om deze PIN in te voeren in de verschillende scenario&#8217;s, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-connecting-to-the-charger-via-bluetooth-with-a-new-device-for-the-first-time\">Voor het eerst verbinding maken met de lader via Bluetooth met een nieuw apparaat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-reconnecting-after-forgetting-the-charger-in-your-phone-s-bluetooth-settings\">Opnieuw verbinding maken nadat je de oplader bent &#8220;vergeten&#8221; in de Bluetooth-instellingen van je telefoon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-when-a-new-user-you-have-invited-connects-to-the-charger\">Wanneer een nieuwe gebruiker die u hebt uitgenodigd verbinding maakt met de lader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-if-you-switch-to-a-new-phone\">Als je overstapt op een nieuwe telefoon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Zodra uw apparaat is gekoppeld met uw telefoon (gebonden), hoeft u de PIN-code niet meer in te voeren voor toekomstige verbindingen vanaf datzelfde apparaat.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-installation-and-commissioning\"><strong>Installatie en inbedrijfstelling<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Tijdens de ingebruikname, wanneer je de lader voor de eerste keer aansluit, verschijnt de PIN-code direct na het scannen van de QR-code op de sticker.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"565\" height=\"566\" src=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-206977\" style=\"width:455px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-3.png 565w, https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-3-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-3-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-3-50x50.png 50w, https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-3-60x60.png 60w, https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-3-100x100.png 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 565px) 100vw, 565px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-how-to-find-your-bluetooth-pin-in-the-wallbox-app\">3. <strong>Hoe uw Bluetooth-PIN-code te vinden in de Wallbox-app<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Als je de PIN-code moet invoeren om een nieuw apparaat te koppelen, geeft de Wallbox app deze code weer op het scherm om je de weg te wijzen. Bij vijf mislukte pogingen binnen een minuut wordt de beveiliging tegen brute krachtaanvallen geactiveerd, waardoor de lader gedurende 5 minuten niet beschikbaar is. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-how-to-enable-this-functionality-if-it-is-not-activated-by-default-in-your-charger\">4. <strong>Hoe schakelt u deze functionaliteit in als deze niet standaard is geactiveerd in uw lader?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-update-your-charger-and-wallbox-app-to-the-latest-version\">Update je oplader en Wallbox app naar de nieuwste versie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-open-the-wallbox-app-and-connect-to-your-charger-if-prompted-accept-the-pairing-request-to-link-with-the-device\">Open de app Wallbox en maak verbinding met je oplader. Update uw app naar de nieuwste versie om de PIN-code op te halen en te gebruiken. <\/p>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Wat als ik mijn pincode vergeet?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p id=\"htoc-your-pin-is-always-available-to-view-in-the-wallbox-app-it-will-appear-on-the-connection-screen-when-needed-and-can-be-found-permanently-in-the-charger-info-page\">Je PIN-code is altijd beschikbaar in de Wallbox app. Het zal verschijnen op het verbindingsscherm wanneer nodig en kan permanent worden gevonden in de &#8220;Lader Info&#8221; pagina. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong><strong>Kan ik mijn pincode wijzigen?<\/strong><\/strong><\/summary>\n<p id=\"htoc-for-software-versions-6-11-or-higher-the-pin-can-be-modified-by-the-user-all-pulsar-max-and-pulsar-pro-chargers-produced-after-august-1st-2025-allow-this-to-change-the-pin-access-the-charger-information-page-on-the-wallbox-app\">Bij softwareversies 6.11 of hoger kan de pincode door de gebruiker worden gewijzigd. Dit is mogelijk voor alle Pulsar Max en Pulsar Pro laders die na 1 augustus 2025 zijn geproduceerd.
