The Wallbox app features a convenient charger ownership transfer capability. This feature is exclusively available to Professional Installer account types, allowing qualified electricians to transfer ownership of a commissioned charger to its client and final owner.<\/p>\n\n

Steps to Transfer Charger Ownership<\/h2>\n\n

Follow these steps to transfer the ownership of a Wallbox charger:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Log in to the Wallbox App<\/strong>
    • Open the Wallbox app on your mobile device.<\/li>
    • Use your Installer account credentials to log in.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Finish Commissioning the Charger<\/strong>
      • Complete the necessary commissioning steps for the charger.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Access Transfer Ownership Option<\/strong>
        • Tap the three dots icon at the top right corner of the screen.<\/li>
        • Select “Transfer Ownership” from the dropdown menu.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • Select the Charger to Transfer<\/strong>
          • Choose the charger you wish to transfer from the list.<\/li>
          • Tap “Continue” to proceed.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Enter Client Information<\/strong>
            • Input the client and final owner’s email address.<\/li>
            • Make sure the email address is correct to avoid transfer issues.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
            • Review and Confirm Transfer Details<\/strong>
              • Carefully review the details of the transfer.<\/li>
              • Tap “Transfer” to initiate the ownership transfer process.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
              • Client Confirmation<\/strong>
                • The final user (client) will receive an email with instructions.<\/li>
