Wi-Fi connectivity allows your charger to connect with the Wallbox Cloud, enabling real-time communication <\/strong>between the app and your charger and remote control<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before starting, ensure you have a working Wi-Fi connection available within the range of your charger<\/strong> and that there are no significant obstacles between it and the router.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can use your smartphone as a Wi-Fi hotspot<\/strong> if there is no Internet connection near you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to connect your charger to the Wi-Fi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To ensure the steps below run smoothly, ensure your charger and Wallbox app run the latest available software version<\/strong> (you can check the app version in your Play Store or App Store and the software version in the Release Notes section<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fast Roaming must be disabled in your router settings <\/strong>as this feature is incompatible with Wallbox chargers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The charger must be connected to your app via Bluetooth to configure a Wi-Fi connection. Follow these instructions<\/a><\/strong> to connect your app and charger via Bluetooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to the Wallbox app.<\/li>
  2. Select your charger from the list.<\/li>
  3. Wait until the Bluetooth connection between your charger and the app is established.<\/li>
  4. Tap the Settings gear icon<\/strong>.<\/li>
  5. Go to CONNECTIVITY.<\/strong><\/li>
  6. Tap WIFI<\/strong>.<\/li>
  7. Activate the Wi-Fi feature to display the list of available networks.<\/li>
  8. Tap your Wi-Fi name to connect to it. Enter the Wi-F password if requested.<\/li>
  9. Once connected, a network icon will appear next to your charger’s name.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once connected, if you want information about the network, click the “i” <\/strong>icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
