Installation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set up the Rugged LTE Gateway<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the Rugged LTE Gateway by removing the four screws.&nbsp;Remove the router from the din rail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Remove-the-router.svg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>InInsert the mini SIM into the router. A SIM adapter could be used for other sizes of SIM, such as the one in the picture below (not included). Then, screw the 2 x LTE and the 1 x WIFI antennas into the router.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/2_Setting-up_Insert-the-SIM.svg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/3_Setting-up_Screw-the-2LTE-and-1-Wifi.svg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fix the router to the din rail and connect the ethernet cable to the \u201cLAN\u201d port. Router&#8217;s configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can connect the router and a laptop directly through an Ethernet cable or a Wi-Fi access point. If you use a Wi-Fi access point, you can find the Wi-Fi SSID and password on a sticker on the router&#8217;s backside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Web server access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Open your laptop&#8217;s web browser window and visit the URL:&nbsp; <a href=\"http:\/\/192.168.2.1\/#\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>http:\/\/192.168.2.1\/#\/login<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the default credentials to log in: admin \/ admin01. Additional configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following configurations are recommended actions for using the router with Wallbox chargers and general good practices to follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FW update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please make sure the router is updated to firmware version TRB1_R_00.07.01.4 or newer. The update can be done locally or through the server following this path: System &gt; Firmware &gt; Update. Alternatively, visit this <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.teltonika-networks.com\/view\/TRB140_Firmware_Downloads\"><strong>link<\/strong> <\/a>to download the latest firmware version and install it manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APN configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When a custom APN is required, go to Network &gt; Interface and click &#8220;Edit&#8221; (pencil icon) MOB1S1A1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deactivate the Auto APN feature and set your custom APN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rebind protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>OCPP backends could not be reachable when there is a private APN. To make it accessible, go to Network &gt; DNS and deactivate the \u201cRebind protection\u201d feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Auto reboot<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To prevent the router from being disconnected from the Internet and not reconnecting, go to Services &gt; Auto-reboot &gt; Reboot Scheduler and set a periodical auto-reboot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Backup and restore<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To create or restore a backup file, go to System &gt; Backup and use the Backup and Restore configuration tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Status and troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you finished the above steps and configured the router properly, access the Overview page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/7-status.png\" alt=\"Overview and Status page\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u201cInternal Modem\u201d section, verify the following status appear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Data connection:<\/strong> &#8220;Connected&#8221;<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>State:<\/strong> it should switch from \u201cSearching\u2026\u201d to &#8220;Connected&#8221; once the communication is established&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If one of the above state displays an error, check the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Go to Network \u2192 Mobile and ensure the PIN introduced is valid.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Contact your network provider to check that the SIM has been activated and is operational.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
