Access groups are a portal feature that allows you to manage charger access in bulk<\/strong>, making attributing chargers to new users more straightforward and quicker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access groups are only available with a Wallbox Business Plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the Access groups<\/strong>, you can group users that should share the same chargers and link the group to these chargers in one click<\/strong> instead of manually giving each user access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. How to create an Access group?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Log in to the Wallbox portal as Super-Admin\/Admin.<\/li>
  2. Go to Users<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Click Access groups<\/strong>.<\/li>
  4. Click Create Access group<\/strong>.<\/li>
  5. Define a group name, and select the charger(s) that will be part of it.<\/li>
  6. Click Accept<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Your Access group is now created and ready to receive users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. How to add users to an Access group?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once an Access group is created, you can start adding users to it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to Users<\/strong>.<\/li>
    2. Click the user(s) you want to add to the group to access their settings.<\/li>
    3. Select the Access grou<\/strong>p you created from the dropdown in the Settings panel<\/strong>. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The user is now added to this Access group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      When you add new users<\/strong>, you can directly choose if you want to assign them to a specific Access group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. How to modify an Access group?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You can edit a group name and the chargers assigned to it anytime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click Users<\/strong>.<\/li>
      2. Click Access group<\/strong>.<\/li>
      3. Next to the Access group you want to modify, click the Edit <\/strong>button.<\/li>
      4. Revise your changes.<\/li>
      5. Click Save changes<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
