You can get to know your <strong>charger status<\/strong>, <strong>start or stop a charging session<\/strong>, <strong>lock or unlock<\/strong> your charger, <strong>set a charging schedule, and more.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\">The Wallbox Voice Assistant is compatible with <strong>Google Assistant<\/strong> and <strong>Alexa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Setting up the voice assistant<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a. Using Google Assistant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before setting up the assistant, ensure that you have downloaded the <a href=\"https:\/\/wallbox.com\/en_ie\/mywallbox\"><strong>Wallbox app<\/strong><\/a> on your mobile device, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/na\/knowledge-base\/how-can-i-create-register-for-an-account\/\">created a Wallbox account<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/na\/knowledge-base\/adding-a-charger-to-your-account-using-qr-code\/\">registered your charger<\/a><\/strong> and connected it to the internet. <em>In addition, make sure that you are using your personal and not a business account.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are using a business account, you need to go through these steps to use Google Assistant with your charger:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.google.com\/?utm_source=account-marketing-page&amp;utm_medium=go-to-account-button&amp;pli=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Google account settings<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li><li>Then go to <strong>Privacy &amp; Personalization.<\/strong><\/li><li>Go to<em> <\/em><strong>History settings<\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/li><li>Select Web &amp; App Activity and make sure you have the activity controls set as the screenshot illustrates:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/hJDO70My4gYBYY9UaMJ7SrI5n4k66OyFuYSsKvuxS8btLCNpO7F6i4t9bo9wq5PViuSpiYJ4szjR0rWysTmAPdmmcFybmWLVzGhPbhTJpXZ6gyTG5A8vKtgAB5T9SLP6EdIvLSSG=s0\" alt=\"\" width=\"593\" height=\"446\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you are set up with the pre-requirements, you can enable the <a href=\"https:\/\/assistant.google.com\/u\/0\/services\/a\/uid\/000000278428acdd?hl=en-GB&amp;source=web\"><strong>Wallbox action on Hey <\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/assistant.google.com\/u\/0\/services\/a\/uid\/000000278428acdd?hl=en-GB&amp;source=web\">Google<\/a> <\/strong>or simply invoke the voice assistant saying \u201cHey Google, talk to Wallbox\u201d and request an action (i.e., unlock my charger).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b. Using Alexa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before setting up the assistant, ensure that you have downloaded the <a href=\"https:\/\/wallbox.com\/en_ie\/mywallbox\"><strong>Wallbox app<\/strong><\/a> on your mobile device, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/na\/knowledge-base\/how-can-i-create-register-for-an-account\/\">created a Wallbox account<\/a><\/strong>,<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/na\/knowledge-base\/adding-a-charger-to-your-account-using-qr-code\/\">registered your charger<\/a><\/strong> and connected it to the internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you are set up with the pre-requirements, you must enable the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Wallbox-Chargers-S-L\/dp\/B08NK5YJKC\"><strong>Wallbox skill on Amazon Alexa<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, you need to link your Wallbox account to your Amazon account. To do so, invoke Wallbox\u2019s assistant (refer to the section \u201cStarting an interaction\u201d) and request any action related to your charger (i.e., unlock my charger). The assistant will answer by saying that it has sent you a card in the Alexa app. Open the Alexa app, select the card and follow the indicated steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Starting an interaction<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to interact with Google and Alexa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to use either Google Assistant or Alexa, you must always start by invoking the assistant. Once the assistant has opened the Wallbox action\/skill, you can use any of the commands listed in \u201cStarting an interaction\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only in Google, once the assistant has carried out the action, if you want to carry out a second one, you must re-invoke the assistant again and request the action.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\">The sentences below are examples of how to start the skills listed. Remember that <strong>the assistant is able to understand each action with similar wording.<\/strong> This applies to all commands, except those listed in the &#8220;Starting an interaction&#8221; section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-accordion wp-block-hb-accordion\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\"
