I am unable to add my charger with the UID that was provided. How can I add my charger?

If you cannot add your charger with the UID that was provided, try adding your charger with the PUK number instead.


Sometimes, it may be hard to differentiate uppercase letters from lowercase letters (example: lowercase “L” – “l” vs. Uppercase “i” – “I”). This may cause some issues when it comes to adding your charger.


You can simply add your charger with the PUK to bypass this.
