How to set up Wi-Fi for your charger?

Connecting your charger to the Internet allows real-time communication, remote device control, and always staying up to date through software updates.

Before starting, please ensure that you have a working Wi-Fi connection available within the range of your charger.

You can also use your smartphone as a Wi-Fi hotspot if no Wi-Fi network is available.

  1. To ensure that the steps below run smoothly, ensure your charger and myWallbox app have the latest version (you can check the app version in your Play Store or App Store and the software version in the Release Notes section).
  2. Log into the myWallbox app.
  1. Select your charger.
  2. Wait until the Bluetooth connection is established.

To configure a Wi-Fi connection for your charger, you must first connect to it via Bluetooth following these instructions.

  1. Tap the Settings icon.
  2. Tap CONNECTIVITY.
  3. Tap WIFI.
  4. Activate the Wi-Fi toggle to display the list of available networks.
  5. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter its security key, validate.

Your charger is now connected to the Internet.

Once connected, if you want information about the network, click the “i” icon.
