How to restart a charger(s) through the Portal?

The myWallbox Portal allow you to restart one or multiple chargers at once remotely, as long as they are connected to the Cloud (Internet). Restarting a charger has several benefits, such as solving Internet and Bluetooth connection issues or correcting software glitches.

How to restart one charger

  1. Log in to the myWallbox portal.
  1. Click Chargers.
  1. Select your charger.
  1. Click the Restart button in the top right corner.
  1. In the validation panel that appeared, click “Restart“. The restart begins.

You cannot restart a charger that is charging/discharging currently or is unavailable.

The charger will restart and become available again once restarted.

Alternatively, you can select the charger(s) your want to restart in the chargers list and click Restart in the options in the top right corner.

How to restart multiple chargers simultaneously

  1. Log in to the myWallbox portal.
  1. Click Chargers.
  1. Select your chargers.
  2. Click the “Restart” button in the top right corner.
  1. In the resume panel that appeared, click “Restart“. The restart begins.

The chargers will restart and become available again once restarted.
