Wallbox is always keen on delivering the best charging experience to its customers. That is why we are always working on having our products up to date, ensuring that our clients receive the best cutting-edge technology.

Also, Wallbox always adapts its portfolio of products and services to the demands of the market. That is why it has been decided to discontinue the Wallbox Copper C product, whose demand has been fully absorbed by the other products of the same family, like the Wallbox Copper SB, as well as by other Wallbox products like the Commander 2.

The Wallbox Copper C will, just like all other Wallbox products, receive after sales service and software updates.   • Wallbox expands its offer with a complete range of world-class installation and service through TSG extensive network.
  • The agreement strengthens TSG’s presence in the electromobility market with Wallbox’s leading innovative charging solutions.
  • Wallbox and TSG initiate a collaboration with the signing of an agreement to offer Wallbox chargers and accessories with a compelling installation and service solution for its customers.

    The two companies offer complementary solutions; Wallbox offers AC and DC charging solutions for electric vehicles and TSG, offers construction, installation and maintenance services for charging stations. This collaboration enables beneficial offerings of providing complete solutions made up of different products and services built around the customer’s requirements and ultimately intended to increase the adoption of the Electric Vehicles (EV).

    TSG’s CEO, Mr. Jean-Marc Bianchi confirms, “TSG’s dedicated EV business unit will enable Wallbox to deliver products to many markets across EMEA through one central point of contact whilst also allowing Wallbox’s customers across to receive a local and consistent quality service.”

    From Wallbox, its Service Director, Ms. Sofía Fernández, points out that “this agreement with a leading company such as TSG continues adding value to our customers with a complete solution towards accelerating the adoption of the electric mobility”.

    This collaboration focuses on a partnership for national and international contracts, offering a 360º solution on projects related to EV charging and joint actions aimed at marketing the products of both companies for a wide range of sectors, such as car manufacturers or utility companies.

    How many times have you asked yourself, “What if I get stuck on the road with my electric vehicle?”

    In response to this concern, new ideas are already emerging such as the one just launched by our partner emovili, a leading Spanish company in electric mobility and recharging solutions for electric vehicles: emovili Help.

    emovili Help was born as an innovative road service that eliminates the “range anxiety” for drivers and users of electric vehicles. For its premiere and first pilot, they have chosen the Community of Madrid (Spain), as it is the Spanish region in which most electric vehicles are registered; and it is aimed to all users who are left without battery and need a recharge to arrive to the nearest charging station.

    The service offers a recharge that can cover up to a maximum of 30 kilometres. emovili comes with a vehicle equipped with a system that incorporates a 9kWh portable battery that is filled up with renewable energy. While the vehicle is being assisted, the customer is offered additional services such as Internet and water so that the driver can take advantage of the waiting time.
