Following the steps below, you can generate a new password if you have forgotten it or change the current one while logged in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to change or reset your password using the portal, follow the steps in this article<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember that your account credentials remain the same for the Wallbox app and portal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reset your forgotten password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you forgot your current password and need to reinitialise it to log in, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the Wallbox app.<\/li>
  2. Tap \u201cContinue with email<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>
  3. Tap \u201cForgot your password?<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>
  4. Enter the email linked to your account and tap Restore password<\/strong>.<\/li>
  5. If the email address you entered matches an existing account, a password recovery email will be sent to this email address. <\/li>
  6. Go to your emails and tap the recovery link.<\/li>
  7. Enter a new password and validate.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You can now log in using the new password you defined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Change your password while logged in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you know your current password and need to modify it, you can follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to the Wallbox app.<\/li>
    2. Tap “Profile<\/strong>“.<\/li>
    3. Tap “Change password”<\/strong>.<\/li>
    4. Enter your current password, and define the new one.<\/li>
    5. Tap “Change<\/strong>” to validate.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
