Enhance the charging performance of your infrastructure by activating Static Load Management<\/strong>. This innovative feature ensures efficient energy distribution among all connected chargers, optimizing charging activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that Static Load Management cannot be used simultaneously with Solar Charging.<\/strong> <\/strong>Ensure you choose the most suitable power management option for your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Enabling Static Load Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Connect your App to your charger<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Before you begin, ensure your Wallbox charger and Wallbox app run the latest versions.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    1. Open the Wallbox app and log in using your credentials. You can easily register within the app<\/a><\/strong> if you don’t have an account yet.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      1. Select your charger and ensure your smartphone remains within Bluetooth range throughout the configuration process. Follow these instructions<\/strong><\/a> if your charger isn’t linked to your Wallbox account.<\/li>
      2. If it’s the first time you’re connecting your charger to the Wallbox app, establish a Bluetooth connection<\/a><\/strong>. If you’ve already done this, wait until the Bluetooth connection is established.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Step 2: <\/strong>Setting up Static Load Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        1. Once your charger and Wallbox app are connected, navigate to Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>
        2. Tap on Load Management<\/strong> under Energy features.<\/li>
        3. Specify the <\/span>Number of chargers<\/strong> in your installation<\/span>, including the Primary charger.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3: Customise Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          1. In the Max. current per phase<\/strong> field, enter the main breaker-rated current or subscribed current (in amps), selecting the lower value.<\/li>
          2. Define each charger’s\u00a0Min. current per charger<\/strong>\u00a0(in amps).<\/li>
          3. Tap Save<\/strong> and verify that the status \u201cPrimary charger with all secondary chargers paired\u201d appears.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            By following these steps, you can easily activate Static Load Management and significantly improve the charging performance of your connected chargers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            2. Status Messages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Below, you’ll find a summary of all displayed status messages, their locations in the app, and their explanations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Status text<\/strong><\/td>Shown in<\/strong><\/td>Description<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
            “Primary configured with all secondaries paired”<\/td>Settings<\/td>Only on the Primary unit.
            The network has been successfully set up.
            All chargers are connected to the Primary.<\/td><\/tr>
            “Primary configured with some secondaries not paired”<\/td>Settings<\/td>Only on the Primary unit. The network has been successfully set up. Some Secondary units are not connected.
            Verify that the \u201cnumber of chargers\u201d setting in the Primary unit coincides with the number of chargers in the system. Also, verify the wiring.<\/td><\/tr>
            “Static Load Management not configured”<\/td>Charger Screen<\/td>This is the initial status after powering on the set-up.
            The unit is paired with the Primary unit, but it detects that it is pending to be configured.
            The chargers will blink in red.<\/td><\/tr>
            “Primary not configured”<\/td>Settings<\/td>This is the initial status after powering on the set-up.
            The unit is paired with the Primary unit, but it detects that it is pending to be configured.
            The chargers will blink in red.<\/td><\/tr>
            “Primary not paired”<\/td>Settings<\/td>Only on the Secondary unit.
            The number of chargers in the configuration is inconsistent with those connected with the Primary. Review sections 2 and 3 to ensure all steps are understood.<\/td><\/tr>
            “Secondary paired with network”<\/td>Settings<\/td>Secondary connected with the Primary. The installation has been successful.<\/td><\/tr>
            “Secondary not paired with network”<\/td>Settings<\/td>The secondary is not successfully connected with the primary on the Static Load Management network. This state is reached after 30 seconds without successful communication.
            In this state, the Pulsar Plus will have a fast-blinking Halo. Remember that the secondary can only charge at 6 A.<\/td><\/tr>
            \u201cWaiting for energy
            Static Load Management will resume charging”<\/td>            		Charger Screen<\/td>There is not enough power available for this charger.
            If the power has already been reduced to the minimum, the newly plugged cars will enter this state.
            Once the system has enough power available (e.g., a car has been fully charged), it will start charging. The charger will slowly blink.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
