You can charge your EV with a public Wallbox charger by scanning the QR code attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Wallbox charger owner, you can set up your charging point to be accessible by any user<\/strong>\u00a0registered with the Wallbox app using the\u00a0Pay per Charge system<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. To start<\/strong> a charging session<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the Wallbox app. To ensure the steps below run smoothly, ensure your App has the latest version available (you can check the app version in your Play Store or App Store).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Log in with your credentials in the Wallbox app. If you don\u2019t have an account yet, follow\u00a0this article to create one<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Once logged in, tap Public charge <\/strong>and the “Start charging<\/em>” button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. \u00a0Allow access to the camera of your phone if asked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Scan the QR code affixed to the charger by aligning it with the frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Set the charging time for the session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Select your payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    When using Apple Pay or Google Pay, Wallbox pre-authorizes 80,00\u20ac<\/strong> on your card. The exact amount due is captured, and the delta is refunded at the end of your charging session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Connect the EV gun to your car. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The charging session begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. To end<\/strong> a charging session<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open the Wallbox app and unlock the EV gun by pressing the “End charge<\/em>” button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Disconnect the connector and put it back in its holster.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Wait until the payment process ends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. The charge is now complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        You can access all your invoices for your charging sessions by going to Profile <\/strong>> Payment info<\/strong> > Payment charges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
