You can link a Wallbox RFID card to <\/strong>a Wallbox account and use the RFID authentication method to access a charger.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

RFID authentication requires the charger to have internet access<\/strong> to update the information on authorized users. Please note that it may take up to 1 or 2 minutes for the charger to update user information after modifying the Wallbox portal settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only Super-Admin and Admin users can see and associate RFID cards to Wallbox <\/strong>accounts. Users will only see asterisks in place of their respective RFID card numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding or modifying a user’s Wallbox RFID card<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Log in to the portal by filling in your credentials, or register<\/a> <\/strong>if you do not have an account yet.<\/li>
  2. Click Users<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Click the user for which you need to edit\/add the Wallbox RFID card.<\/li>
  4. In the RFID <\/strong>tab, click the numbers to edit them. Enter the 17 digits<\/strong> of the user’s Wallbox RFID card.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You can find the Wallbox RFID card numbers on the bottom left corner of the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click Save<\/strong>. The message “RFID saved”<\/strong> displays that your RFID card numbers have been changed successfully. The user can authenticate to the charger using the registered card.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Adding or modifying your own Wallbox RFID card<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      1. Log into the portal by filling in your credentials, or register<\/a> <\/strong>if you do not have an account yet.<\/li>
      2. Click the Profile\u00a0<\/strong>icon and then Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>
      3. Scroll down until the RFID\u00a0<\/strong>section.<\/li>
      4. Click the numbers to edit them, and enter the 17 digits<\/strong> of your Wallbox RFID card.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        You can find the Wallbox RFID card numbers on the bottom left corner of the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
